OOTD Family Style

Welcome back! We are getting closer and closer to fall so I'm trying to wear all the bright colors I can. This past labor day weekend I spent some quality time with my family and opted for a dressy casual look.Sometimes you just feel like channeling your inner diva. Two of my cousins were looking oh so fashionable as well, so I had to share their style. Keep scrolling and check out the details.

Pretty In Pink

To keep the look more causal I paired this peplum top with some denim jeans. I would have preferred white jeans even more, but I'm still on a quest for the right pair. For extra glitz I added some sparkly flats. You can also add a slim belt like the one below to cinch the waist.

Jeans- Old Navy
Flats-Ross
Belt-from another outfit (similar one at Forever 21)

Military Street Style
Chris choose an edgier look this weekend with army pants and a black snap-back. This look is great for a concert, cook-out, or casual day out. The weather is still humid,so a tank was the best option.

Tank-Thrifted
Pants- H&M
Shoes- Polo from Journey's
Hat- H&M
Transitional Lenses- Ray-Bans

Light and Whimsical

Last but certainly not least, Courtney was fun and airy in this white high-low dress. Jackets are always a great way to add layers to your outfit. If you love height like me, wedges would go well with this look too.

Devotional Corner
"Strength" Isaiah 40:29

"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak."(NIV)

Interpretation
Do you ever feel overwhelmed and in over your head? I definitely have.We often forget that there's someone right there to help us along the way. Who? God of course. He is our biggest supporter and will never let us down. Have confidence in Him and yourself. Whenever we feel weak, scared, or discouraged, all we have to do is pray to him in faith and let Him take control.

Stay Chic
-Xoxo Deleon
